Complete in-house design
Schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware, power supply selection, and enclosure design are all done by our own team. When a requirement changes, we change the board, instead of working around someone else's product.
Hardware Development
Rumix Technologies designs and manufactures its own electronics: control boards, driver boards, power stages, and the enclosures they live in. That capability was proven by keeping machinery running in demanding venues, and it is available for any project that needs custom control electronics, embedded systems, or industrial I/O built to survive the real world.
Schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware, power supply selection, and enclosure design are all done by our own team. When a requirement changes, we change the board, instead of working around someone else's product.
Our electronics run next to motors, solenoids, and switching loads. Opto-isolation, protected outputs, and careful power design are standard practice for us because our own products would fail without them.
The engineers who lay out the board also write and test the firmware that runs on it. Timing, I/O behaviour, and protocols are designed as one system rather than negotiated between separate suppliers.
AC motors, DC motors, solenoids, and clutches are the loads we drive every day. We build our own driver boards with current limiting and thermal protection, sized for the machine they control.
Status LEDs, labelled screw terminals, and modular boards come from years of supporting technicians in the field. Our hardware is designed so a fault can be found and fixed at the site.
We take a design from bench prototype through testing to repeatable manufacturing, including the documentation and wiring diagrams the people installing it will need.

Describe the equipment, the loads, and the environment. We will tell you what a custom board or controller involves before anything is committed.
