Rumix Technologies is a company of engineers with many years of experience in software and hardware development. We design and build complete systems: Windows, web, Linux, and embedded software, together with the control electronics they run on. Our products run every day in commercial venues, and the same team takes on custom development projects across industries.

Our story
How Rumix started
2019 — Kuala Lumpur
The team started in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2019 under the name PMP Solutions, building software and control electronics for local businesses.
The pattern
Rumix began with a pattern we kept seeing: businesses being told that equipment which still worked mechanically had to be thrown away, because its electronics were obsolete or its software was no longer supported. The replacement quotes were often far beyond what the equipment was worth.
The bet
We believed there was a better answer. With backgrounds in both software and electronics, we started building modern replacements for the parts that actually failed: new control boards for old machines, new software for outdated systems, and complete new products where nothing suitable existed.
2023 — Canada
In 2023 the company moved to Canada and continued under the Rumix Technologies name, keeping the same team, the same engineering approach, and the customers we had been supporting since the beginning.
Today
That approach grew into a company. Today we develop our own product line and deliver custom software and hardware for other businesses, with the same principle behind everything: understand the real problem, build only what is needed, and support it for the long term.

What people ask us first
What kind of projects do you take on?
Software projects of any platform — Windows, web, Linux, or embedded — as well as electronics design and complete systems combining both. If a project needs software talking to real equipment, that is exactly our territory.
Do you only work with entertainment venues?
No. Our own products are built for entertainment venues, but our development services are open to any industry. The skills are the same: reliable software, robust electronics, and systems that keep working.
Can you work with our existing equipment and systems?
Usually, yes. Much of our experience comes from connecting new software and electronics to existing machines and legacy systems. We would rather extend what you have than force a full replacement.
How do you handle support after delivery?
Support is part of the product. We build remote diagnostics into our systems where possible, keep spare boards for our hardware, and remain available for updates and changes long after installation.
Where do you work?
Our software runs in several countries and languages, and we handle projects both remotely and on site. Installation and commissioning trips are planned as part of the project when the work needs us there.
