TigerHx — one platform that runs the whole center

TigerHx is a center management platform Rumix designed and built end to end: online booking, front desk, point of sale, kitchen, payments, and financial reporting in one cloud system. It runs daily operations in bowling and entertainment centers in Germany and Switzerland, connected to the scoring system at every lane.

The project is owned by TigerHx: www.tigerhx.com

Online booking and packages

Guests reserve lanes, courts, and party packages online with live availability and prices — bowling, axe throwing, tennis, kids' birthdays, and more from one storefront, paid in advance and confirmed straight away.

Front desk calendar

A drag-and-drop scheduler is the heart of the counter: every lane and court on one screen, with live status pushed to the calendar the moment a booking, walk-in, or lane fault changes it.

QR service at the lane

A QR code at every lane and table opens the guest's session on their own phone: order food and drinks, extend playing time, and even edit bowling scores — with no app to install.

Payments everywhere

Online payment gateways, physical card terminals, cash, vouchers, and split payments all land in the same invoice and reporting flow — and the platform itself runs on handheld Android payment terminals.

Fiscal compliance built in

TSE transaction signing, DSFinV-K exports, DATEV accounting exports, and daily Z-reports come straight from the system, so centers in Germany meet their fiscal obligations without extra tooling.

Hardware orchestration

The platform drives the building itself: pinsetters, per-lane scoring computers, receipt and kitchen printers, drink dispensers, and card terminals — monitored and controlled from the browser.

What we do

Built around daily center operation

Screens

From the live system

A walk through the platform as it runs in production, from the guest's first click to the accountant's export. Guest data is blurred where it appears.

One storefront for everything

Guests choose what to reserve — bowling, axe throwing, tennis, kids' birthdays, party packages, or the pixel game — each activity with its own imagery, pricing, and rules.

Booking in a few taps

Guests pick the number of players and a date, the system assigns lanes and calculates the price, and a live booking summary follows them to payment.

Same-day and right-away bookings

Spontaneous visits are first-class: guests can start right away or later the same day, choose a fixed duration, or leave the end open.

The front desk calendar

Every lane on one screen: bookings color-coded by state and live on/off lane status, updated in real time as the day unfolds. Guest names are blurred here for privacy.

Counter station overview

Staff jump into any station — bowling lanes, billiard tables, or the cocktail bar — to open orders, add items, and take payments.

Order from the lane

Scanning the QR code at the lane opens the food and drinks menu on the guest's phone; orders go straight to the kitchen and onto the lane's bill.

Runs on payment terminals

The same application runs on handheld Android card terminals: staff take a booking at the counter or on the concourse, and the payment is sent to the terminal in the same motion.

Any activity, not just bowling

Centers define their own activities — lane-based or court-based — each with its own units, pricing, and rentable equipment.

Equipment rental

Rental shoes, rackets and balls, or a bottle of water: each activity carries its own equipment list with prices, offered automatically during booking.

Pricing that follows the week

Slot plans set prices per weekday, weekend, holiday, and date range — configured once and applied automatically to online and counter bookings alike.

Accounting-ready exports

Revenue leaves the system as a DATEV export the tax advisor imports directly, alongside daily Z-reports and DSFinV-K fiscal exports.
